About MGI
Management Guidance, Inc. has represented employers and employer associations in labor relations matters since 1992. Our clients include regional and national employer associations, primarily in the construction industry.
MGI specializes in providing counsel and representation in labor relations matters and as professional trustees on multiemployer benefit funds. Our professionals have negotiated collective bargaining agreements covering a few dozen employees and agreements covering more than 10,000. Similarly, our professionals serve as professional trustees on multiemployer defined benefit pension plans ranging to more than $1 billion in total assets and self-insured multiemployer health and welfare plans covering well over 10,000 lives.
In addition to labor relations services, MGI provides certain government relations and administrative services to several employer associations. Our services allow employers to form and participate in an active association without the burdens and responsibilities of association management.
